Blowback Co-Creator at Pasadena Comic Con

Writer and Co-Creator, James Hereth, "Tables" for Blowback

Blowback had its first official public con appearance at the 2026 Pasadena Comic Con on January 25th.

Meeting and making new fans was Co-Creator and Co-Writer, James Hereth, who lives in the area.

In addition to Blowback, James was also promoting traditional novels, "Asper" and "Monty and the Monster," by Blowback's Rhonda Smiley.

The con created a reunion of sorts as well. Signing autographs in the house was actress, Bai Ling, who co-starred in the television movie, "Extreme Team," which was written by James.

Extreme Team served as the first movie for Chris Pratt, and the project that allowed him to become an actor full time.
