June 6th, the Minnesota Comic Book Association welcomed Colorist, Charlie Kirchoff, to its SpringCon 2026. Celebrating comic book creators and their work, the event was held at the Education Building on the MN State Fairgrounds.
The Minnesota Comic Book Association (MNCBA) works to promote, through events open to the general public: the education, cultural influence, and significance of comics as an art form, with emphasis on local contributions to the past and current comic book industry.
Their SpringCon and FallCon are Minnesota's largest conventions focused on comic book creators and vendors.
In addition to his work on Blowback, Charlie's recent projects include Return to Skull Island, Star Trek Redshirts, Voyager Homecoming, and the Hugo Award Winning Star Trek: Lower Decks.
